Terms of use
Last updated October 6, 2026
VerseMate Notetaker is provided to coaches of the VerseMate Bible-study coaching program. By connecting your Zoom account you agree to these terms.
Use
- You connect only a Zoom account you are entitled to use, and you host or co-lead the classes the bot records.
- Participants must be told that classes are recorded. The bot joins as a visible participant named VerseMate Coaching, and Zoom displays its recording notice to everyone in the meeting.
- You may disconnect at any time from your Zoom account's Added Apps page.
Service
The service is provided as is, without warranty. A class may occasionally not be recorded (for example during a network or power outage); we are not liable for missing recordings or for decisions made from transcripts or reports.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
